- Delivery:
Standard product orders*, minimum 25 units, ship
within two - three weeks, assemblies’ orders four – six weeks
after order confirmation with approved credit, standard carrier
Con-Way Transportation, freight collect others subject to handling
fee.

Warrantee:
This warranty commences on the date of shipment of the rolls and
extends through to month 36, at which time the warranty expires. If,
during the first year of the Warranty period, the Buyer is unsatisfied
with the performance of the rolls, or said units fail, either in the form
of bearing failure, or shell failure, the rolls may be returned to
Innoveyor™ for full replacement or credit on a prorated basis.
Should the rolls fail during year 2 or year 3, the rolls may be returned
to Innoveyor™ for replacement or credit on a prorated basis.

This
warranty excludes failure resulting from mechanical damage, misuse, or
operation in conditions not set forth in the inquiry or industry and CEMA
standards.

All
shipping, packaging and handling costs are the responsibility of the
Buyer.

Net 30 Upon Readiness to ship, direct deposit. e-Commerce &
major credit cards subject to a 5% Processing Fee

Pricing firm 30 days, all sales in USA Dollars, added Energy
Surcharge may apply.
- Returns:
Only within 30 days from ship date & subject to a 25%
restocking fee.

Subject to regular mfg. periods, terms, conditions, pricing,
special offers, features & service options, subject to change
without notice.
- Purchase
Order: Purchase
orders issued as a result of this proposal are expressly subject to
the terms and condition attached or included hereto, in lieu of any
conflicting terms.
- Order
Cancellation:
Within 24 hours to avoid 25% restocking charge.
